Lead tracking tools
The VCM button allows you to track the potential customers viewing the IDX listings on either your agents’ websites or the firm’s website. After clicking on the MLS number for a property, a “More Information” button will be shown along with the property information. When customers click on that button, what they will see will vary depending on which lead tracking option you have selected.

Single search across multiple markets
Consumers can select one or more market areas (cities) for each search.

Branded search results
Your IDX search and results screens include your company name, phone number and email address. And, if a broker authorizes its associates to have IDX, the associate's name, phone number and email address will also appear on searches initiated from the associate's Living Network Web page.

Free Web page with IDX listings
Choose a design from among several templates. You customize the templates to suit your marketing goals. FAR works with your MLS to obtain regular data feeds of all MLS listings.

Free Web direct
Your Web address (URL) will be hosted and redirected to your free Living Network Web page.  When you use this service and a consumer enters your URL into their Internet browser they will see your Living Network Web page.  However,  your URL will remain in the Internet browser's address line.  To take advantage of this tool you will need to have your existing Internet Service Provider (ISP) point to FAR's IP address.

Free frameable IDX solution
This option is well-suited to brokerages that have a Web site and simply want all MLS listings to appear in a certain area on their site.

Free data download
A time-saving option for all brokers, particularly those who operate in multiple markets and have well-developed Web sites. We offer data downloads from multiple markets in a uniform data format. If you’re a broker who’s knowledgeable about electronic data transfers, Web site design and production - or have a Web designer who is - you can use this IDX option to feature the entire MLS on your Web site.
