Q. Why can't I view the forms when I click on one of the forms links? A. Most likely you do not have the correct version of Adobe Reader. You should use the latest version.
Note: The Tech Helpline can provide support for the actual download or installation. Or you can get assistance through Adobe at
http://www.adobe.com. Also, you should delete all earlier versions of the Adobe
Reader from your system prior to downloading the latest version; otherwise, you may still experience problems.
Q. Why do I have to use Adobe Reader?
A. At present, the Adobe
Reader format is the most widely used program that allows for viewing and editing of documents in an online environment while permitting the document to be correctly printed to 8 1/2" x 11" paper. You may find that many of your clients already possess the free plug-in which will allow them to view forms that you might email to them.
Q. I have Adobe Reader 6.0, but I still cannot complete the forms online. Why? A. You need to click the “hand” button on the Adobe
Reader toolbar at the top of the reader. Some members are mistakenly clicking a text button, which has the letter “A” on the tool bar. This text button is used to format text, select text, etc. The only way to edit the form is by clicking the button with the picture of a “hand” on it.
